Worst “Traitors” In Football History

William Gallas – From Chelsea to Arsenal and Arsenal to Tottenham

If it weren’t for number two on this list William Gallas would probably be known as the greatest traitor in the history of the Premier League. Having established himself across the Channel with Chelsea, with whom he won two championships and several national cups, the Frenchman switched to Arsenal in 2006 as part of the deal that brought the aforementioned Ashley Cole to Stamford Bridge.

Already in 2007, Gallas was one of the pillars of the team and even became captain of the Gunners. It’s a shame that not even three years later in 2010 he moved on to Tottenham’s hated rivals and hurt Arsenal’s fans very badly.
