Worst “Traitors” In Football History

Giuseppe Meazza – From Inter to Milan

Let’s get this straight, Giuseppe Meazza wasn’t exactly a traitor. In his day it was more understandable to pass from two rival teams than it is today, but the fact remains that Peppino has worn the jersey of 3 of the most prestigious Italian football teams in his career.

He became a real living legend with Inter/Ambrosiana, in 1940, now out of shape due to the so-called “frozen foot” (a pathology caused by an occlusion of blood vessels in the left foot) the Balilla passes to Milan. He stayed with the Rossoneri for two seasons in 1942 and even went to Juventus. Around 1946 he returned to Inter where he ended his career.
